Upon acceptance of your hire, an invoice will be issued which will include the above fees and bond and provide payment instructions.
If you are using any product/service provided by another business, a Certificate of Currency of their Liability Insurance is required as part of your application. Examples of other products/services are providers of jumping castles, furniture or machine hire companies, musicians, chairs, tables, food trucks, caterers, event caterers, event managers and any other businesses associated with your event.
If you are using the hall for a commercial function, a Certificate of Currency for your liability insurance is required as part of your application for hire to be considered. Please forward your insurance document directly to mariaquigg1@gmail.com. See also the “Service of Alcohol” section below.
All materials/equipment provided by a Third Party is to be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the event. Items left behind waiting for collection may incur further hourly costs to the Hirer.
You are welcome to decorate the hall. Sticky tape (or similar) is not to be used. All decorations are to be completely removed from the premises at the conclusion of the event. Failure to do this may result in a further cleaning fee.
There are two options for cleaning:
As the hall is in a residential area, on Fridays, Saturdays or any other day preceding a public holiday, loud noise and music must cease by 10pm and all external doors must be closed.
On all other days, loud noise and music must cease by 9pm and all external doors must be closed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the hall, on the deck or within 3m of the doors or windows.
The hall must be vacated by midnight.
All NSW Government requirements relating to COVID-19 must be adhered to.
The hirer should make themselves aware of the provisions of the Liquor Act 2007 and the Gaming and Liquor Administration Act 2007 for Service of Alcohol requirements for your event. Any breach of the legislation is the responsibility of the hirer.
